Concierge

The primary role of concierge is to prevent unauthorized access to the building whilst enhancing the presentation of your Company. The Concierge are often the first contact that your visitors encounter and the impression they create is extremely important.

Sureguard Security prides itself on its standards of excellence, and our specialist uniformed concierge provides a high profile and personal interface within any property’s reception. Our concierge staff are keen to both serve our clients by providing a first-class service and maintaining the security of the property, and to serve our consumers by providing timely and accurate information regarding emergency procedures or of the facilities available, and to assist them in their endeavours.

Our concierge staff are specifically recruited based upon their customer service skills, and trained to provide excellent customer service, client/consumer liaison and security functions. Our Concierge staff conduct themselves in an appropriate and respectable manner at all times, ensuring they exceed client expectations, whilst at the same time providing an invaluable and crucial service.

Our concierge staff are recognised for their smart appearance and unequivocal commitment to their workplace. They are knowledgeable, priceless, enthusiastic, and in wide demand. Our concierge staff have the experience and training necessary to provide a ‘one-stop’ solution for residents’ needs, providing services such as property security, visitor vetting, and key holding. Our concierge staff are extremely well presented and have excellent communication skills which reassures visitors and tenants of the high standard within the property. They are committed to providing a seamless and efficient service, and their priority is to provide residents/tenants with all that they need.

By incorporating a concierge team in to an existing building will increase resident satisfaction, and this has been our experience. Reception

We provide competent, uniformed and fully vetted Receptionists to provide security within your premises whilst the focus being on customer care. Our receptionists are fully trained and confident to deal with general enquires, lost and found items, security alerts or to simply give directions. Our objective is to always achieve and exceed customer satisfaction with the services we offer and always aim for customer delight.

Our receptionists duties can include: Meeting and greeting visitors, announcing visitors, receiving phone calls, answering queries, transferring calls, meeting room management, co-ordination of fire evacuations or fault reporting and follow ups.

Whilst our receptionists are customer service focused, they are fully aware of the necessity for building security and the importance of maintaining a secure, inviting and welcoming reception.
