Reception We provide competent, uniformed and fully vetted Receptionists to provide security within your premises whilst the focus being on customer care. Our receptionists are fully trained and confident to deal with general enquires, lost and found items, security alerts or to simply give directions. Our objective is to always achieve and exceed customer satisfaction with the services we offer and always aim for customer delight. Our receptionists duties can include: Meeting and greeting visitors, announcing visitors, receiving phone calls, answering queries, transferring calls, meeting room management, co-ordination of fire evacuations or fault reporting and follow ups.
